Creating a new Practice

Role: Customer Admin 

Menu: Practices

Select Add Practice

Enter Practice Name

Enter Practice Description (Optional)

For integrated EHR integrated customers, select the EHR System used by the Practice. For non-integrated customers, leave blank. 

Creating or Editing a Practitioner

Role: Customer Admin
Menu: Practitioners
Select “Add Practitioner”. Note, you can chose “Add Manually” or, for EMR Integrated customers, choose “Sync from Integration”

  • Enter First Name, Last Name, Email (Required), Practice, Phone (Optional), Role.
  • Choose whether to allow “Practice dashboard access”. If allowed, this practitioner can see all patients from the practice. If not selected, the practitioner can see only patients that are assigned to that practitioner (Optional, Off By Default) 

The practitioner will receive an invitation to set their password. This invitation is good for 2 days. See “Resending a Practitioner Invitation” for how to send the invitation again if they have not accepted the invitation before it expires or have lost the email.  

Resending a Practitioner Invitation

From the Practitioner menu, open the specific practitioner you wish to resend an invitation to by clicking on the arrow icon on the left side of the row next to the practitioner’s name. Select “Resend Invite”.

Adding a Patient

Adding a Patient can be performed by both Customer Admins and Practitioners depending on the on-boarding process.

Role: Customer Admin, Practitioner

Menu: Patients

Select “Add Patient”, “Add Manually” (Note: If your practice is integrated to an EHR system, you can chose “Sync from Integration”)

  1. Enter First Name, Last Name, Email (Required). Phone (Optional)
  2. Select a Disease. Note: Only one disease is allowed per Patient
  3. Enter the Medical Record Number (MRN) for the Patient. This is the number that matches with their identifier in the EHR System
  4. Select the Patient’s Main Practitioner (must already exist). Note, this should be the person that is primarily responsible for the patient (Physician), but can also be an associate that monitors the patient on a routine basis
  5. You can decide whether this Practitioner is notified of deviations in patient activity scoring by ensuring the toggle “Notify this Data Viewer of patient activity” is turned on.
  6. Optionally, you can add additional Data Viewers by selecting “+ Add Data Viewer”. This allows others in the practice to see data from the patient as well as gives you the option to have this additional practitioner notified of patient deviations.

Note: You may add as many additional Data Viewers/Notified Practitioners as you wish. This provides flexibility in who is informed about the patient.

Note: For security reasons, invitations expire in 3 days. If not accepted, you can resend a new invitation to the patient.  

Resending a Patient Invitation

To resend the invitation to a patient, from the Patient menu, select the arrow next to the invited patient. Select “Resend Invite” from the bottom of the patient record.

Assigning Surveys to Diseases

Surveys and their default schedule can be assigned to diseases and then activated when ready you are ready to start using.  

Role: Customer Admin  

Menu: Surveys 

To assign a survey to a disease, access the Surveys menu.  

Select the … Action button for the Questionnaire you wish to setup and select Edit Settings 

Select the diseases you wish to include in this questionnaire.  

Select the Recurrence for the Questionnaire (how often the survey is asked) 

Select how long the survey is available (If the survey is not answered after X days, the survey is marked “Not Answered” 

Select the day of the week the survey starts.  

Reporting

Role: Customer Administrator
Menu: Reporting
Report: Patient Activity Billing

This report displays any patients that have met the milestone of 16 or more reporting days in their specific 30 day period. The default date range is the current month. 
You can also export this data to a CSV file, if desired

Report: New Patient Billing
This report displays any patients that have joined mPRO in the report period. The default is the current month, but this can be changed. 

You can also export this data to a CSV file, if desired. 

Dashboard

Customer Administrators can view the entire patient dashboard. Please see the Practitioner User Guide for details.
